Many people have asked where do I get the parts to build the body?
The answer is quite simple-your local lumber or marine supply store and to a lesser degree, a sheet metal shop. What makes this fabrication so easy and cheap is that 90% of it is flat pieces cut from a 4x8 sheet of marine grade (3/8ths) plywood followed by a light fiber glass overlay. The other 10% of the body is made from 18 gauge sheet metal cut with tin snips or, if you prefer, have them made at a sheet metal shop. Attachment is straight forward using a minimum of bolts per each unit. After viewing our DVD you will discover just how easy and quick these parts are made. (Note: a small band saw can speed up the construction process.)
